Resolve a bank account

Resolve account

Looks up the registered account name for a given account number and bank code. Requires an API key. Rate limited to 20 requests per key per 24 hours.

`accountNumber`	`string`	true	10-digit bank account number (NUBAN format for Nigerian banks).
`bankCode`	`string`	true	Bank code from GET /public/banks. Example: 044 for Access Bank.
